| Breaking News |  | Wednesday, September 20th, 2023: Lubbock's Lenihan Elbows His Way to SL2 Award
The Sub League 2 announced the winner of the Outstanding Pitcher Award for 2023.
It went to Melchiore Lenihan of Lubbock for his standout 14-8 won-lost mark this season.
He made 32 starts and rang up 194 innings, 155 strikeouts, 3.06 ERA and held others teams to a .215 batting average.
The SBWA will honor all of the award winners this weekend at its annual meeting.
